Fischer Aerated concrete anchor FPX M8

The Fischer Porenbetonanker FPX-I is made from galvanized steel. After pre-drilling, the FPX-I is simply hammered in. No hole cleaning is necessary. The Fischer Porenbetonanker is tightened with a hex key using a cordless screwdriver or a ratchet. This draws the cone into the expansion sleeve. The four wings create an undercut in the hole. After expansion, the hex key is automatically disengaged. The Fischer Porenbetonanker FPX-I is ideally suited for attaching suspended ceilings, railings, or kitchen cabinets in aerated concrete.

The controlled expansion of the anchor with the internal hexagon ensures a secure, uniform, and effort-saving installation. The unique four-fold expansion of the FPX-I using a square expansion sleeve prevents the anchor from rotating in the hole, ensures high tensile and lateral loads, and thus requires fewer fixing points. The disengagement of the hex key guarantees automatic setting control during each installation process. It is the first steel anchor with ETA approval and fire protection for use in aerated concrete, allowing for safety-relevant fixings.

Functionality / Installation: The FPX-I with internal thread is suitable for pre-insertion installation. Pre-drilling allows for easy hammering even in high-strength aerated concrete. No hole cleaning is required. When tightening the anchor with the hex key, the internal threaded sleeve begins to rotate, drawing the cone into the square expansion sleeve.
