Product details
The Fischer window frame screw FFSZ with a cylindrical head is a special screw designed for the economical assembly of wooden window frames. The screw can be directly screwed into solid and hollow building materials after drilling. The continuous special thread prevents the window frame from being pulled against the substrate, ensuring it is fixed without tension and is durable.
Advantages: Screw assembly without dowels for economical processing. The small drill hole diameter of 6 mm allows for efficient series assembly. The continuous thread enables a pull- and tension-free attachment of the frame to the substrate. The high-low thread at the screw tip, along with additional milling ribs, reduces the screwing torque and allows for a gentle assembly. With two head shapes, it is suitable for all common frame materials.
According to ift Rosenheim, it is suitable for fastening plastic windows in brick masonry.
Applications: Wooden, plastic, and aluminum window frames, door frames, beams, and building materials such as concrete, high-hole bricks, hollow blocks made of lightweight concrete, aerated concrete blocks, solid lightweight concrete blocks, solid bricks, and aerated concrete.
Functionality: Observe drilling hole and screwing depths for various building materials according to the table. For recessed mounting in wooden profiles, the cylindrical head screw is recommended. For the assembly of plastic and aluminum profiles, the flat head screw is recommended.
