The FireAngel FA3313 is a 10-year carbon monoxide alarm that comes with replaceable batteries. The advanced electrochemical sensor is designed to accurately measure low levels of carbon monoxide inside someone's home. The device has been designed to be either wall mounted, using the two small screws included, or left portable to be positioned where required. If left portable, someone can take it on holiday to ensure someone is protected at all times. The test button on the FireAngel FA3313 carbon monoxide detector has been designed to be easily located and pressed for ease of testing.

The FA3313 detector is suitable for private homes and rented accommodation in England, Wales and Ireland. Unfortunately, as the batteries are replaceable, it does not comply with the new Scottish Fire and CO legislation from February 2022. Carbon monoxide is an incredibly toxic gas that is emitted when fuel burning appliances burn incompletely. Carbon monoxide cannot be smelled, tasted or seen and can be deadly - the only way to be alerted to CO is by an audible CO alarm. Common sources of CO are: Oil and gas boilers, portable generators, oil or solid fuel cookers, gas or paraffin heaters, barbecues, blocked chimneys, wood or gas fires, cigarette smoke, gas appliances, all fossil fuel burning appliances.
