Product details

Simple, tool-free installation in the SG-240/W-ISC cutting set for flexible insulation materials. Can be used for material thicknesses up to 240 mm. For flexible mineral fibre and natural insulation materials. Serrated knives with inductive hardening of the cutting edges. Long service life with abrasive insulation materials such as mineral wool. The replacement serrated knife for the SG-240/W-ISC cutting set. The movable blade clamped in the cutting set and the insulation saw has been developed for cutting flexible insulation materials. The blade can be easily inserted into the cutting set and coupled to the saw blade holder via the T-shaft. The movable blade is responsible for the cutting process and should be replaced when the cutting result deteriorates.
