Compact DFM guide cylinders. The Festo DFM guide cylinders are available in various sizes to meet a wide range of applications. Their robust and precise construction is maintenance-free and highly resistant to torque and lateral external forces. The DFM series of guide actuators features flexible damping plates for quiet operation and extended service life. Fully integrated mounting options for proximity sensors and a selection of supply connection positions are included. Guide variants: DFM guide cylinders are available with sliding bearings or rotating ball bearing guides. Sliding bearing units have two large guide rods and four sliding bearings for excellent lateral forces. Rotating ball bearing units are ideal for applications where torque loads occur.
