Product details

The LTC (Legal To Carry) is a neat pen knife that you can carry in your pocket anywhere. To comply with weapon laws, it intentionally includes all elements that allow for the legal carrying of this knife in most areas. The knife has no locking mechanism but is held open by a spring. The blade is short and narrow, making it impossible to open the knife with one hand.
