Hand taps are profile-ground and back-ground, made of HSS, available in various quality levels depending on requirements.

  • No. 1 Pre-cutter: 6 - 8 thread engagement
  • No. 2 Intermediate cutter: 4 - 5 thread engagement
  • No. 3 Finishing cutter: 2 - 3 thread engagement

Technical Information - Die:
We supply dies in pre-slit (closed) design. They are suitable for general use, e.g., for steels up to 900 N/mm².

The powerful, fully ground twist drill made of high-performance high-speed steel features increased run-out accuracy.

Die Guides:
