Designed for the storage of aggressive, corrosive, and flammable media in containers on pallets. This product converts existing shelving systems into regulation-compliant hazardous goods storage shelving. The steel trays with PE insert and clamp frame can be easily placed under shelving systems. It features a 100 mm base clearance for easy transport using a forklift truck or pallet truck.

The base sump tray is made of steel with a plastic insert for the storage of aggressive, corrosive, and flammable media such as acids, alkaline solutions, and chemicals. The construction consists of 3 mm sheet steel with a durable, leakproof welded plastic insert made of robust polyethylene sheet material. It includes a zinc plated steel clamp frame for securing the plastic insert in place.

This product combines the advantages of a sturdy and durable steel tray with the high material resistance of polyethylene. It allows for the economical and legally compliant conversion of shelf unit systems, even those already installed.

Certified with a manufacturer's declaration of conformity in accordance with StawaR. Approved for flammable liquids in GHS categories 1 - 3, water hazardous liquids in GHS categories 1 - 4, and corrosive liquids in GHS category 1.
