Assembly trolley with 30 open fronted storage bins made of PE, max. load 250 kg. Small parts and work equipment are within easy reach wherever you go, making it ideal for order picking. Non-marking tyres do not damage floors and leave no signs of wear in the area of use. It features smooth running and durability. The push handle and swivel castors allow for flexible movement to the place of use. Parking brakes keep the trolley in place, which is ideal for order picking. It is ready for immediate use as it is delivered fully assembled. Tray shelves have 40 mm raised edges for safe work with oil and other liquids, preventing parts from slipping off.

The trolley is powder coated as standard in light blue RAL 5012. It includes 2 swivel castors and 2 fixed castors, roller bearings, and solid rubber tyres, with swivel castors featuring double stops. The bins are made of yellow polyethylene and have practical handle recesses on the front and rear. Dimensions are LxWxH 200 x 150 x 130 mm, and the bins are easy to remove. They are resistant to many types of oil, grease, acids, and alkalis (please enquire) and temperature resistant from -50 °C to +80 °C.

For your safety, the model includes double stops to EN 1757-3. Available in most RAL colours for an additional 10%.
