Eltako RS485 bus gateway with USB connection FGW14-USB (30014049)

Gateway with USB-A connection. Bidirectional. Standby loss is only 0.3 watts. Rail-mounted device for installation on DIN-EN 60715 TH35 mounting rails. 1 unit width = 18 mm wide, 58 mm deep. The gateway is only 1 unit wide but can be used multiple times: for connecting a Professional Smart Home Controller SafeIV or a PC via a USB interface, for coupling up to three FEMs, for connecting to the bus components of the older series 12, or as a bus connector for two RS485 buses of series 14. Connection to the Eltako RS485 bus. Cross-wiring of bus and power supply with a jumper. Operates in conjunction with FAM14 or FTS14KS. The hold terminal is connected to the FAM14 or FTS14KS. The PC connection is made via a USB interface with 9600 baud or 58k baud. Wireless reception modules FEM are connected in parallel to the sub-bus terminals RSA2 and RSB2 as well as the power supply terminals GND and +12V. Up to 10 button input modules FTS12EM can be connected in series to the sub-bus terminals RSA2 and RSB2, possibly in series with wireless reception modules FEM. The SafeIV or PC connection is made via a USB interface. Series 12 actuators are connected to the sub-bus terminals RSA2 and RSB2. There is no hold connection here. A second series 14 bus is fed through the terminals RSA2/RSB2. The settings of the operating mode rotary switch BA are made according to the operating instructions.
