TB 100 - Lightweight and Sleek
The compactly built TB 100 band saw is suitable for small to medium-sized cutting tasks. It is often used in metal workshops or vocational schools to train young metalworkers and is excellent for outdoor use by assembly, service, and construction personnel. It features a robust machine base and a torsion-resistant band saw frame made of impact-resistant aluminum die-cast, making it lightweight at 22 kg, easy to carry, and fitting into any trunk.

Cutting Area and Speed
The TB 100 cuts steel, INOX/NIRO/stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, castings, and plastics, offering a maximum cutting area of 150x100 mm (0°) or 100x60 mm (45°). The directly driven machine has a constant cutting speed of 45 m/min and provides three feed rates (lowering speed of the band saw frame).
