The auto-leveling device enables safe, faster, and easier loading and unloading of pallets. The PL 2002 can be adjusted to different loads using air pressure. Once set to the load, the pallet leveling device keeps the surface of the load at the same, ideal working height. This prevents constant bending, stretching, and twisting, which are the most common causes of back problems. The PL 2002 provides employees with 360° access to the load. All components are located within the diameter of the ball-bearing turntable. Nothing protrudes, stands out, or gets in the way—there are no areas with limited accessibility. The rotating lifting table is excellently suited for applications involving loads (up to 2000 kg) that frequently and significantly change. No power connection is needed. Simply inflate the air cushion with compressed air or a portable compressor and use the device anywhere! Integrated guide rails for easy repositioning with a forklift.
