Product details

Universal mounting plates UMP-ALU-TR (rectangular) are made of black colored, rot-resistant and CFC-free PU rigid foam (polyurethane). They feature 4 foamed-in steel brackets for force-locked screwing to the substrate. An aluminum plate is included for screwing the mounting object, along with a compact plate (HPL) that ensures optimum pressure distribution on the surface. Tension rods made of fiber-reinforced plastic (polyamide) provide the necessary strength. These plates are particularly suitable for thermal bridge-free third-party installations in external thermal insulation composite systems, including underlays made of fiber-reinforced plastic. Fastening material is not included. The volume weight of the PU is 350 kg/m3.

For mechanical fastening to masonry:

  • Underlay thickness: 5 mm
  • Hole diameter: 8/10 mm
  • Threaded rod: Fischer FIS A M8 x 150
  • Anchor sleeve: Fischer FIS H 12 x 85 K
  • Tool holder: hexagonal 13 mm

For mechanical fastening to concrete:

  • Base thickness: 5 mm
  • Hole diameter: 8/10 mm
  • Threaded rod: Fischer FIS A M8 x 130
  • Tool holder: hexagon 13 mm.
