The Dormer machine tap DIN 376A/C E250 M4x0.7 mm HSS-E-PM Blank 1.5XD 6H is a high-precision tool specifically designed for machining ISO metric threads. With a thread size of M4 and a pitch of 0.7 mm, this tap is ideal for applications in structural steel and carbon steel. The blank surface finish and the use of HSSE-PM (high-speed steel with a special alloy) ensure high wear resistance and durability. The tap is standardized according to DIN 376 and offers a tolerance class of 6H, which guarantees precise thread manufacturing. The cylindrical shape with a square drive allows for easy handling and secure fixation in the tool holder. With a right-hand cutting direction and a thread length of 12 mm, this tap is versatile and suitable for both through and blind holes.
