UNC Unified Coarse Taps 1.1/4x7 HSS Right-Hand DORMER: Adjustable slotted tap, coarse thread UNC 1.1/4″ with 7 threads per inch, designed to reduce torque when cutting by hand. Split taps can be adjusted in small increments up to a maximum of approximately 0.006″. Dimensions according to BS 1127:1950 standard with a 3″ outer diameter and 7/8″ thickness. HSS with a plain surface for threading in structural steel and carbon steel, ferritic stainless steel, gray cast iron, malleable iron, and compacted graphite iron. Additional technical specifications: Cutting material: HSS, height: 22.23, coating: uncoated.
