Product details

HSS-Co, DIN 1869, type TS, point angle 130°, profile-ground with crosswise grinding, with straight shank, right-hand cutting, extra-long type. This special drill is designed for extreme bore depth, featuring marked thermal hardness resistance and a large chip space. It is suitable for boring under difficult conditions with high thermal demand and for processing high-strength steels, steel castings, grey cast iron, malleable cast iron, spheroidal cast iron, and more.

Advantages include parabolic grooves (PFX), a sharp-ground point, and tightly twisted spirals that ensure high efficiency for deep drilling up to 15xD (Row 1), 20xD (Row 2), and 25xD (Row 3).
