Universal door closer with oil bath running mechanism and interchangeable flat-conical spindle. Usable for swing and pivot doors. Built-in thermostat for constant closing speed at varying temperatures. Closing speed infinitely adjustable. Pressure relief valve to prevent damage and overloads. Mechanical opening damping from 80°. Infinitely adjustable hydraulic hold-open device that can be turned on and off between approximately 75° and 180° door opening. Adjustment screw for setting the start and end of the hold-open range from 75° to 105°. Closing delay from 180° to 75° door opening. Adjustable in the cement box: Length 6 mm, Width 6 mm, Height 4 mm.

Application area: For general doors, exterior doors, and a maximum leaf weight of 300 kg. Hydraulically fully controlled closing process from 180° to 0°.

Closing delay: If the adjustment valve for the hold-open is slightly opened, the door will be temporarily held open, delaying the closing process. This allows sufficient time for disabled individuals, mothers with strollers, and people with bulky items to pass through the door without issues.
