Universally machined foot with ground contact surfaces. Prism underside for mounting on shafts and cylindrical bodies. Top side with T-slot for adjusting the measuring column. Stable framework. Cross arm with fine adjustment on the dial gauge holder. Features hydraulic clamping of the joint column. One hand can remain free for setting up the dial gauge. All joints are rigidly clamped by the central head.
