The new DinoEye Edge ocular camera with 5 megapixels offers outstanding image quality and true color reproduction. This makes the DinoEye particularly suitable for applications where true color reproduction is of utmost importance (pathology or quality control). Thanks to a large field of view, you can capture a much larger image. The 23 mm diameter DinoEye camera can be mounted either directly behind the eyepiece of the microscope or on the supplied 30 mm or 30.5 mm diameter adapters.
A C-mount thread supplied with a 30.5 mm diameter adapter can also be used to connect the DinoEye camera to the C-mount adapter (not included) on the trinocular head of the microscope. Thus, the ocular camera can be attached to almost all microscopes of different manufacturers. The camera comes with software for Mac and Windows, which includes measurements, notes, videos and time-lapse photos.
