The safety electronics used by DeWalt (discharge protection, continuous monitoring of battery temperature, and current draw) enable trouble-free long-term use of the driver. Additionally, the hammer drill driver is equipped with an LED light, which significantly facilitates working with the workpiece by providing optimal illumination. A brushless motor gives the DeWalt driver an extremely long lifespan and up to 57% longer runtime.
