The cordless drill driver is ideal for most applications thanks to its very compact design and powerful motor with optimised 2-speed full metal gearbox. The brushless motor works without carbon brushes and is therefore completely wear-free. This significantly increases efficiency and the battery needs to be charged less often. The safety electronics used by DeWalt (discharge protection, permanent monitoring of the battery temperature) enable problem-free long-term use of the cordless drill driver. The DeWalt DCD 791 is also equipped with an LED light, which makes employees working with the workpiece considerably easier thanks to the best possible lighting. The battery with Li-Ion technology, which maximises the service life and running time of the batteries, can be used for all 18 V XR Li-Ion devices from DeWalt. For an optimum overview of the battery charge, the batteries are also equipped with an LED capacity indicator. The set comes in a practical DeWalt case. With its 3 mm thick walls and bi-metal comfort handle, the case is robust and yet easy to transport.
