Deltaco Type 2 to Type 1 cable

The 10-metre long Deltaco EV-11010 charging cable comes with a maximum charging capacity of 3.6 kW at 16 A. The 1-phase charging cable is equipped with a type 2 to type 1 connector, which is suitable for many older Japanese e-cars. The type 2 plug is standard for charging stations in Europe, which means that you can use this cable to charge your electric car with a type 1 connection at most charging stations in Europe. The IP 66 certification protects the cable from dust and strong jets of water, making it ideal for charging your electric car in wind and weather. The charging cable is suitable for all vehicles with type 1 connection, e.g. Mitsubishi Outlander, Nissan Leaf (until 2018). The connections of the charging cable are silver-plated, which guarantees good contact. The 1-phase cable is made of TPE material, which offers good resistance to oil and UV light. The charging cable is monitored by bidirectional communication. This means that there is an exchange between the vehicle and the charger. Before the charging process starts, a self-test is carried out to ensure that the cable is properly connected and that the car can be charged. Furthermore, a mechanical lock blocks the charging cable, protecting it from theft and unauthorised use. After charging, first disconnect the charging cable from the type 1 connector on your vehicle. The cable must not be repaired or spliced as this may affect safety and function.
