Its professional and private applications are diverse: measuring sound levels in factories, schools, offices, airports, studios, lecture halls, and more. The C.A 832 allows for sound level measurements ranging from 37 to 130 dB across 3 measurement ranges. It features 2 weighting curves, A and C, which take into account the sensitivity of the human ear depending on frequency. The F (fast response) and S (slow response) modes facilitate this.
