Product details
Steel collection and transport container for rechargeable batteries with a capacity of 120 liters. This container is designed for the collection and transport of damaged lithium batteries and rechargeable batteries until disposal. It features a robust, hot dip galvanized construction with a lockable lid secured by sturdy buckle fasteners and an all-round rubber seal to prevent moisture ingress. The container allows for forklift access, is stackable, and suitable for crane handling, making it ideal for outdoor storage.
The external dimensions are 715 x 715 x 580 mm, while the internal dimensions are 580 x 580 x 390 mm. It has UN approval for solid dangerous goods in packaging groups I, II, and III.
Please note that specific ADR requirements apply for transport, which must be carried out by specialist personnel. Transport should only be conducted with a thorough understanding of the ADR transport regulations for lithium batteries.
Accessories recommended for your order include vermiculite or expanded glass granulate as buffer material, as well as rechargeable battery plastic bags and plastic liner bags for protecting the storage and transport container.
