Cemo PE sump tray for tank containers IBC/KTC

PE sump tray for tank containers IBC/KTC, designed for 2 x IBC/KTC, with a PE support cross. This tray is intended for the internal storage of aggressive liquids and liquids hazardous to water in tank containers IBC/KTC, in accordance with regulations. It features a support surface for easy and safe placement of the tank containers. Made of high-quality polyethylene (LDPE), it is highly resistant to aggressive media, acids, alkalis, oils, and more. It has general building authority approval from the DIBt, Berlin (Z-40.22-564). The tray can be accessed from 2 sides with a forklift and hand pallet truck (transport only when empty - without IBC/KTC). It is stackable for transport or storage (without support cross/grate).

Tank containers can be placed directly on the integrated support cross or optionally on the steel grid or on the PE perforated plate. The tank capacity is 1100 litres. It offers high load capacity and load-bearing capacity due to the integrated, stable PE support cross, with weight transferred directly to the ground. The load capacity is 1500 kg per parking space. The support cross is supplied partially assembled for simple assembly.
