Cemo PE sump tray for tank containers IBC/KTC

PE sump tray for tank containers IBC/KTC, designed for 1 x IBC/KTC, with steel grating. This tray is intended for the internal storage of aggressive and water-endangering liquids in accordance with regulations. It features a storage surface for easy and safe placement of the tank containers. Made of high-quality polyethylene (LDPE), it is highly resistant to aggressive media, acids, alkalis, oils, and more. It has general building authority approval from the DIBt, Berlin (Z-40.22-564).

The tray can be accessed from two sides with a forklift and hand pallet truck (transport only when empty - without IBC/KTC). It is stackable for transport or storage (without support cross/grate). Tank containers can be placed directly on the integrated support cross or optionally on the steel grid or PE perforated plate. The tank capacity is 1100 litres, with a high load capacity of 1500 kg per parking space, thanks to the integrated, stable PE support cross that transfers weight directly to the ground. The support cross is supplied partially assembled for simple assembly.
