Cemo PE sump tray for tank containers IBC/KTC

PE drip tray for tank containers IBC/KTC, designed for 1 x IBC/KTC, featuring a PE perforated plate. This tray is intended for the internal storage of aggressive and water-polluting liquids in tank containers IBC/KTC, in accordance with regulations. It includes a storage surface for easy and safe placement of the tank containers. Made of high-quality polyethylene (LDPE), it is highly resistant to aggressive media, acids, alkalis, oils, and more. It has general building authority approval from DIBt, Berlin (Z-40.22-564).

The tray can be accessed from two sides with a forklift and hand pallet truck (transport is only permitted when empty - without IBC/KTC). It is stackable for transport or storage (without support cross/grate). Tank containers can be placed directly on the integrated support cross or optionally on the steel grid or the PE perforated plate. The tank capacity is 1100 liters.

It features a high load capacity due to the integrated, stable PE support cross, which transfers weight directly to the ground. The load capacity is 1500 kg per parking space. The support cross is delivered partially assembled for easy installation.
