Product details

PE spill tray for tank containers IBC/KTC, designed for 2 x IBC/KTC, with a PE perforated plate. This tray is suitable for the internal storage of aggressive and water-polluting liquids in accordance with regulations. It provides a storage area for the easy and safe placement of tank containers. Made from high-quality polyethylene (LDPE), it is highly resistant to aggressive media, acids, alkalis, oils, and more. It has a general building authority approval from DIBt, Berlin (Z-40.22-564).

The tray can be accessed from two sides with a forklift or hand pallet truck (transport only in an empty state - without IBC/KTC). It is stackable for transport or storage (without support frame/grid). Tank containers can be placed directly on the integrated support frame or optionally on the steel grid or the PE perforated plate. The tank volume is 1100 liters, with a high load capacity due to the integrated, stable PE support frame, which transfers the weight directly to the ground. The load capacity is 1500 kg per parking space. The support frame is partially assembled for easy installation.
