Product details

PE containment basin for tank containers IBC/KTC, designed for 1 x IBC/KTC, with a PE support frame. This basin is intended for the internal storage of aggressive and water-polluting liquids in tank containers IBC/KTC in accordance with regulations. It features a support area for easy and secure placement of the tank containers. Made from high-quality polyethylene (LDPE), it is highly resistant to aggressive substances, acids, alkalis, oils, and more. It has a general construction approval from DIBt, Berlin (Z-40.22-564). The basin can be accessed on two sides with a forklift and a hand pallet truck (transport only in empty condition - without IBC/KTC). It is stackable for transport or storage (without support frame/grate).

Tank containers can be placed directly on the integrated support frame or optionally on the steel grate or the PE perforated plate. The tank volume is 1100 liters. It has a high load capacity and durability due to the integrated, stable PE support frame, which transfers the weight directly to the ground. The load capacity is 1500 kg per parking space. The support frame is delivered partially assembled to facilitate installation.
