Product details

The D2 door drop seal from Cardatec is an innovative solution for floor-to-ceiling doors without a top stop. It is particularly well-suited for humid and wet areas and offers flexible adaptation to the floor through its special silicone profile, even in cold temperatures. This seal not only provides effective sound insulation of up to 50 dB but also prevents freezing, making it ideal for various environments. The two-sided release minimizes drag marks and allows for easy handling. Thanks to the automatic height and level adjustment, no fine-tuning is required, which simplifies installation. The noiseless operation is supported by the integrated end-position damping, while the self-adjusting mechanism with overload protection offers additional safety. The D2 door drop seal is suitable for doors made of wood, metal, and plastic and can be shortened by up to 125 mm if necessary.

  • Suitable for humid and wet areas
  • Two-sided release with less drag marks
  • Self-adjusting with overload protection
  • Practically noiseless operation due to integrated end-position damping
  • Flexible floor adaptation even in cold conditions.
