The main functions include time, date, and numbering registration, which can also be combined with comments or short texts that can be created individually. Up to four comments can be selected by pressing a button on the device. It features automatic two-line printing and multiple usage options by printing on different cards and records, including carbon copies. Common uses include logging incoming mail, recording order and/or project time, and tracking attendance time. All settings can be configured on a PC and transferred to the device via USB stick.
