This gearbox flushing device is designed for flushing and changing the oil in DSG and automatic gearboxes. It is connected to the transmission oil system via a universal adapter set that enables flexible use. A 35-piece adapter set is included in the scope of delivery and supports use on various vehicles.
The device has separate new and used oil tanks, which prevents the fluids from mixing. Fill level indicators for both tanks enable controlled use. During operation, the fluid pressure from the cooler and the outlet pressure of the device are displayed.
The combination of flushing and oil change can be carried out simultaneously and supports an efficient work process. With a flow rate of 50 litres per minute and a working pressure of 4 to 7 bar, the device is designed for use in workshops and service centres. The power supply is 230V.
