Bresser USB Digital Microscope

The Bresser USB Digital Microscope DST-1028 5.1MP is a powerful microscope suitable for both hobby and professional applications. With this microscope, samples can be viewed on a PC and detailed images can be captured. It is ideal for examining material samples, circuit boards, electronic components, plants, insects, and much more. In addition to use in schools and hobbies, the digital microscope can also be employed for tasks in quality assurance.

To use the microscope, Windows 8.1, 10, or 11 is required, along with an Intel i3, i5, i7, or i9 processor from the 2nd generation or an AMD FX or Ryzen processor. The installation of the included PC software can be done either via an optical drive or through an internet connection.

The digital microscope features high-quality optics with continuous zoom, allowing magnifications from 10x to 280x. The sample is optimally illuminated by the integrated LED ring light, which enables high-contrast images. The ring light consists of eight adjustable LEDs, and the brightness can be controlled using the dimmer wheel integrated into the USB connection cable.

The microscope is equipped with a sturdy metal stand that can be adjusted to the height of the specimen and the selected magnification. The working distance varies depending on the magnification, ranging from 110 mm to 10 mm, allowing for the examination of tools and specimens.

Included in the package are the microscope with software download (for Windows only), an integrated USB connection with a light intensity adjustment wheel, a metal stand with integrated focusing, and an extension for the stand. The device measures 148 x 77 x 200 mm and weighs 0.7 kg.
