Bosch Professional Zubehör HSS twist drill PointTeQ with reduced shank

The PointTeQ HSS twist drill enables fast drilling in metal due to the PointTeQ design on the drill tip. Fast and easy spot drilling is possible because the self-centering tip prevents wandering. Heat and wear are reduced due to the increased drilling rate. The PointTeQ design on the drill tip stays sharp and withstands continuous use. This drill is suitable for drilling through and center holes in alloy and non-alloy steel, non-ferrous metals, cast steel, cast iron and plastic. There is a low risk of breakage, especially for drills with a diameter of less than 6 mm, as the drill has been manufactured to have a highly elastic body. The groove coated with black oxide allows for quick removal of chips. HSS twist drill PointTeQ is manufactured according to DIN 338. The drill is type N (small side rake angle) with a point angle of 135 degrees. The shank is cylindrical. (The shank is equal to the diameter of the drill.) It is designed for floor standing drills and drill screwdrivers.
