The Expert for Aluminium circular saw blade is suitable for plunge and hand-held circular saws. It has an outer diameter of 160 mm, a bore of 20 mm, a cutting width of 2.2 mm, and a plate thickness of 1.6 mm.
The Expert for Aluminium circular saw blade enables perfect cuts in non-ferrous metals such as aluminium. It is also suitable for cutting plastics, epoxy pipes, particle boards, acoustic panels, lightweight boards, abrasive single or double-sided coated panel materials, as well as fiber materials like MDF and OSB boards.
The unique, particularly hard Microteq teeth, produced internally by Bosch, are made from very fine carbide grain, maximizing the blade's lifespan and performance. This performance is further supported by the blade's protective coating, which prevents corrosion and allows for reliable cutting while reducing friction.
The product is equipped with damping slots for exceptionally smooth operation, significantly less noise, and noticeably lower vibration. The use of universal cutting oil greatly increases the service life when cutting metals, such as aluminium.
