The Expert for Sandwich Panel circular saw blade enables consistent performance on sandwich panels. The special tooth shape enables cutting through steel sheet while maintaining the bond between the steel layer and the insulation material. The blade features extra hard Microteq teeth, which are internally manufactured from robust carbide grit. This performance is supported by the blade's Proteqtion protective coating, which prevents corrosion and enables reliable cutting while reducing friction. The product is equipped with damping slots for extra smooth running, significantly less noise and noticeably lower vibration. Use this saw blade for sandwich panels with steel sheets (coated on one or both sides). The MTCG (Multi-Purpose Triple Chip Grind) tooth configuration of the Expert for Sandwich Panel circular saw blade ensures a long service life even after the most robust applications.
