The depth adjustment with toothed rack makes it easy to change the routing depth, while the integrated drop detection reduces the risk of injury and damage to the workpiece by switching off the router if it falls. The professional router has an ultra-slim grip area for effortless one-handed control. The included roller guide allows flush cutting with lower cost router attachments for straight grooves and also eliminates the risk of damage to delicate laminate surfaces from a ball bearing. Suction adapters for the edge router are included as standard and enable highly efficient dust extraction. The supplied rip fence enables easy routing of grooves, while the LED light illuminates the cutting area for better visibility. The required batteries and charger are part of the AMPShare Alliance. A single battery fits all tools and machines in the blue Bosch Professional 18V system, but can also be used across brands with numerous other devices from other manufacturers in the AMPShare Alliance.
