For new, highly stable, and durable internal threads.

Perfect for maintenance and installation.

The repair is completed in just a few steps:

  • Drill out the damaged thread with the spiral drill.
  • Use the special thread cutter to cut the internal thread into the drilled hole.
  • To insert, place the thread insert onto the insertion tool and screw it into the thread.
  • Insert with light pressure.
  • The use of cutting oil is recommended.

Scope of delivery:

  • 1 HSS spiral drill, core hole size 16.4 mm, for BGS 9432
  • 1 STI short thread tap, HSS-G, M16 x 1.5 mm
  • 1 insertion tool with retaining ring
  • 10 thread inserts, M16 x 1.5 mm.
