The robust body has a wall thickness of 0.049 inches (1.2 mm) and includes a heavy-duty follow-up spring. The CNC-machined aluminum die-cast head features rolled threads for quick and easy reloading.

With a variable stroke, it allows for convenient lubrication even in tight spaces with limited lever movement. The non-slip, textured powder coating and the ergonomic rubber grip on the hand lever enhance user comfort. The aluminum die-cast head is designed for high-volume filling, with a maximum pressure of 8,000 PSI (550 BAR) and a lubricant delivery of 28 grams per stroke (1 oz.).
