BGS Injector Extractor Tool Kit

For assembly and removal of diesel injectors, this kit includes various adaptors suitable for most diesel injectors. It contains the following components:

• Three different slide hammers:
• 1.6 kg, length: 160 mm
• 2.7 kg, length: 460 mm
• 5.1 kg, length: 600 mm

• Pulling claws with fork opening:
• 13.7 x 18 mm, length: 105 mm
• 12.7 x 19 mm, length: 130 mm

• Slotted hexagon sockets, length: 100 mm, 12.5 mm (1/2”) drive: 25 - 27 - 28 - 29 - 30 mm

• Injector extractor, sleeve design with shells: external diameter 35 mm, internal diameter 29 mm

• Spindle with M17 x 1.0 external screw thread

• Pulling adaptors with external screw thread M27 x 1.0 (3 pcs.) and M25 x 1.0

• Pulling adaptor with internal thread M27 x 1.0 (3 pcs.)

• Sliding hammer adaptor for inner, outer, and claw extractor.
