With just a few pump strokes, the required negative pressure is generated – for maximum vacuum and highest clamping force up to 1,200 N. The vacuum can be monitored at any time using a marking ring on the pump piston and can be restored to maximum by re-pumping. By simply pressing the release buttons, the vacuum disappears, allowing for quick removal of the plate clamp. For quick distance adjustment, simply loosen the screws and slide the vacuum cups into the desired position along the guide rails. The rails made of proven BESSEY solid steel, guided in anodized aluminum profiles, keep the suction cups precisely in one plane even under high clamping forces. This ensures precise work.
