Bernstein ESD ball joint combination SPANNFIX VARIO-PLUS + cable

With the Spannfix Vario, PCBs / circuit boards up to 270 mm in length can be securely clamped. The continuously adjustable ball allows the board to be positioned and held safely in all directions. Quick flipping of the PCBs / circuit boards is possible thanks to the adapter. It serves as a very helpful third hand when soldering or assembling, providing a practical clamping and holding device with a quick-release mechanism.

Connection thread M12 x 1.5 mm (special thread), suitable adapters can be requested directly. Maximum torque: Ball diameter 40 mm approx. 24 Nm, ball diameter 60 mm approx. 100 Nm. Holding forces of the ball at the height of the threaded pin: Ball diameter 40 mm approx. 45 kg (441 N), ball diameter 60 mm approx. 140 kg (1,372 N). By degreasing the ball, the clamping force is increased. Clamping foot: Maximum tabletop thickness 80 mm. Screw-on foot: 4 x 9 mm through holes. Magnetic foot: Holding force 32 kg horizontally, 15 kg vertically (magnet without cap). ESD versions: Discharge value 10^7 and 10^8 Ohm. EPA suitable for electrostatically protected areas (ESD workstation / ESD protection zone). The feet can be connected to the grounding point with a 10 mm push button. Aluminum cast parts are powder-coated, steel parts are chrome-plated and rust-free. Please note that for safety-critical parts, we cannot guarantee holding forces without knowing your specific application. The ball may behave differently under various physical conditions than it does in our testing laboratory under optimal test conditions.
