The Touch Sensor 4fold B.IQ Aluminum is a standard B.IQ with dismantling protection and labeling field, equipped with an operating and eight status LEDs. It is designed for flush-mounted installation. The Touch Sensor 4fold acts as an instabus user module and is mounted on a bus coupler. The dismantling protection is achieved by screwing the touch sensor to the bus coupler. Data exchange between the touch sensor and the bus coupler occurs via the user interface (AST). Each button press on the touch sensor generates a telegram that is sent. The telegram format depends on the parameterized application. Depending on the selected application, switching, push, dimming, blind, or value telegrams can be sent.
