Belton Zinc-Aluminium Spray

Zinc-aluminum special spray paint for rust protection of galvanized materials and metals that are at risk of corrosion, such as downpipes, ventilation equipment, and steel structures. The product offers cathodic rust protection and very good electrical conductivity.

Binder base:
Special paint resins

Spray application:

• With 2-3 cross layers: 40-50 μm
• Spray distance: 15-25 cm

Drying times:

• Dust dry: after approx. 15 minutes
• Touch dry: after approx. 30 minutes
• Fully dry: after approx. 12 hours
• Can be overcoated with itself: at any time

1. Belton primer zinc-aluminum spray
2. Topcoat / Belton spray paint (optional)

Note:
Before priming, the objects to be painted must be cleaned, degreased, and if necessary, derusted. To achieve optimal adhesion of the paint, sanding should be done before and after priming. The surface to be painted must be clean, dry, and grease-free. Do not spray on surfaces coated with synthetic resins, as the paint may peel off.
