Belton Zinc-Aluminium Spray

Zinc-aluminium special spray paint for rust protection coating of galvanised materials and metals at risk of corrosion, such as downpipes, ventilation devices, and steel superstructures. The product provides cathodic rust protection and very good electrical conductivity.

Binder base:
Special paint resins

Spray application:

• With 2-3 cross coats: 40-50 μm
• Spray distance: 15-25 cm

Drying times:

• Dust dry: after approximately 15 minutes
• Touch dry: after approximately 30 minutes
• Fully dry: after approximately 12 hours
• Recoatable with itself: at any time

Paint build-up:
1. Belton basic zinc-aluminium spray
2. Top coat / Belton paint spray (optional)

Note:
Before priming, the objects to be painted must be cleaned, degreased, and, if necessary, derusted. To achieve optimum adhesion of the paint, sanding should be carried out before and after priming. The surface to be painted must be clean, dry, and free of grease. Do not spray on surfaces painted with synthetic resins, as the paint may lift.
