Belton Heat resistant lacquer

Heat resistant up to 650 °C, this product is suitable for spraying parts exposed to high temperatures, such as oven pipes, fire pits, or chimneys. It is also suitable for areas of vehicles and bicycles, such as exhaust systems.

This paint can be used in vehicles, engines, and exhaust systems. Heat slowly, as the paint cures only at temperatures above 250 °C. The binder base consists of silicone resins.

For spray application, use 3-4 cross coats by applying several thin layers with a maximum of 30 µm per layer. The recommended spray distance is 15-25 cm.

The drying times are as follows:

• Dust dry: after about 30 minutes
• Touch dry: after about 60 minutes
• Fully dry: The paint cures only at temperatures above 250 °C, so heat slowly.

The paint can be recoated at any time. Note: Do not use a primer, as it is not heat resistant. Avoid spraying on surfaces painted with synthetic resin, as the paint may peel off. Apply the paint only on cold objects.
