Thanks to its robust, compact design, a protective carrying case, and an easy-to-read, high-contrast LCD display for reading measurements in direct sunlight, the IRR1-SOL can be used anywhere. With simple operation, instantaneous measurement of solar irradiance, and an integrated temperature sensor, it meets the requirements of standards IEC 61446 and IEC 62446 for testing, documenting, and maintaining photovoltaic systems.

Additionally, the integrated compass and tilt sensor allow for quick measurement and documentation of the orientation of the roof or mounting location, as well as slope and module tilt during the surveying, installation, or adjustment of a system.
