The BEG Brück Electronic Presence Detector PD4-DALI-SYS-GH-AP is a DALI multisensor designed for surface mounting at high altitudes. The power supply is provided via the DALI bus. An external, mechanically adjustable telescopic light sensor can be set to a mounting height between 5 and 16 m, allowing for application-specific light measurement. The sensor integrates seamlessly into the scalable B.E.G. LUXOMATnet DALI-SYS.

Additionally, it features a separate and powerful localization LED for quick and safe commissioning, as well as a master-slave operation to extend the detection range. The control operates based on ambient light or via a switching output. Other functions include Guided Light, Soft-Start PLUS, and Orientation Light PLUS.

The factory program allows for easy installation testing. The full functionality can only be activated with accessories from the B.E.G. LUXOMATnet DALI-SYS product range. There are markings for the alignment of the detector. When used in high-bay warehouses, it is important to ensure that detectors are installed in the head areas of the aisles, which only detect movement in the desired shelf area due to blinds or mounting arrangements.
