Baufan Stable colour

Application area: Baufan Stall Paint is an environmentally friendly, purely mineral coating based on slaked lime. It is a translucent coating designed to create a healthy indoor climate in all stables or other indoor spaces. Once dry, it forms a wash-resistant surface characterized by a high degree of whiteness and excellent breathability. Due to its alkalinity, the paint also exhibits high antibacterial and mold-resistant effectiveness. Ingredients: slaked lime, water, cellulose derivative, additives.

Substrate: Suitable for all mineral substrates such as lime and cement-based plasters, untreated wood, and stable old coatings in indoor areas. The substrate must be dry, clean, stable, and free from dust and grease. Loose materials, such as poorly adhering coatings, must be removed from the substrate. Highly absorbent, sandy, and chalking substrates should be pre-treated with Baufan Silicate Fixative. In case of doubt, a test application should be carried out. Cracks, holes, and unevenness should be repaired with an appropriate Baufan filler.

Application: Stir well before use and apply with a roller, brush, paintbrush, flat applicator, or suitable spray device. Generally, an undiluted coat is sufficient. If necessary, a second coat can be applied after thorough drying. Working tools should be cleaned immediately after use with clear water. Baufan Stall Paint can be easily overcoated with the same material. Before applying other types of coatings, the Stall Paint should generally be washed or brushed off.
