This tray allows for simple and safe filling at various points of consumption. It features a perforated panel bracket and mounting plate, and comes with a manufacturer's declaration of conformity in accordance with StawaR.

Designed for the safe and easy filling of oils, lubricants, flammable, and water hazardous liquids from 200 l drums. Suitable for an upright 200 litre drum, the sump tray is made of 3 mm sheet steel with a galvanized grate that has a maximum load capacity of 1000 kg/m². It includes hot dip galvanized push handles and a sturdy, galvanized perforated panel bracket with square holes (10 mm) in a full-length 38 mm grid for flexible positioning of tool holders.

Additionally, it has a sturdy, galvanized mounting plate with square holes (10 mm) in a full-length 38 mm grid on the sump tray, and a retaining strap for securing the drums. The tray is equipped with 2 swivel and 2 fixed castors made of nylon (Ø 100 mm), with one swivel castor featuring a wheel stop, resulting in an overall height of 125 mm.

Overall dimensions are 1450 x 800 x 1195 mm, while tray dimensions are 1295 x 800 x 415 mm. The product is certified and approved for flammable liquids in GHS categories 1 - 3, as well as water hazardous liquids in GHS categories 1 - 4.
