Bauer Südlohn Mobile collection tray with perforated plate wall

Mobile containment unit with perforated plate wall for 2 x 200-liter barrels arranged in a row, dimensions 1200 x 800 x 2015 mm, in Reseeda Green. Designed for the transport, storage, and filling of hazardous liquids such as oils, lubricants, and fuels in accordance with regulations. The practical perforated plate wall allows for the attachment of tools, pumps, hoses, and more. It enables convenient transportation between work sites and safe filling directly at the location.

The steel containment unit has ÜHP approval and features a galvanized, removable grid as well as robust push handles. This mobile filling station includes a perforated plate for the flexible positioning of tool holders. The mobile sump is made of solidly welded 3 mm sheet steel and is painted. It has 2 swivel and 2 fixed wheels, with one of the swivel wheels equipped with a brake.

The galvanized, removable grid has a load capacity of 1000 kg/m². The sturdy galvanized steel plate features square perforations (10 x 10 mm) arranged in a continuous 38 mm grid to attach tool holders and accessories such as hose/cable holders, pumps, and storage boxes. Necessary tools can be conveniently transported and stored. The mobile sump can be easily removed to create a mobile filling station. The size of the perforated plate grid is compatible with our extensive range of tool holders and accessories, which should be ordered simultaneously.

This unit accommodates 2 x 200-liter barrels arranged in a row. It includes 2 swivel and 2 fixed polyamide wheels with a diameter of 100 mm, with one of the swivel wheels equipped with brakes, and a total height of 225 mm. The containment capacity is 215 liters.
